fastlyhouse.com Privacy Policy Effective [launch date] · version 2026-10

**Who processes your data.** Fastlyhouse CO., LTD, Phuket, Thailand. Data contact: fastlyhouse@gmail.com, +66 80 509 0953 (Telegram, WhatsApp).

What we collect

When you send a request for an apartment: your name, phone number and, if you wrote one, a comment, together with the apartment, the dates, the number of guests and the calculated price. The site does not ask for a passport, email, date of birth or payment details. To stop spam we keep a one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, and check the form with Cloudflare Turnstile.

Why

So a manager can contact you about the request, confirm the dates and prepare a rental agreement.

Legal basis

Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (PDPA s. 24(3)). No separate consent tick is needed: by sending the request you ask us to contact you.

Who receives it

The request goes to the owner and the managers of Fastlyhouse in Telegram. Telegram's servers are outside Thailand, so this is a cross-border transfer (PDPA ss. 28–29) needed to answer your request. If you write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram, those services process the chat under their own terms. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

A request that does not become a booking: 12 months, after which the name, phone, comment and address hash are deleted and only the apartment and dates remain for statistics. A request that becomes a booking: for the retention period of the lease and Thai tax records.

Analytics and cookies

The site works without cookies. Visitor statistics (Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics) are switched on only after you accept them in the banner; the request form works the same without consent.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy (PDPA ss. 30–36). Write to fastlyhouse@gmail.com or on Telegram/WhatsApp +66 80 509 0953 — we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

Changes

A new version is published on this page with its date. Requests sent earlier are handled under the version in force when they were sent.
