Fastlyhouse CO., LTD is a Thai company that manages apartments in Rawai, Nai Harn, Kata, Karon and Bang Tao. We rent them out directly — no platforms, no middlemen.

Every apartment on the site is managed by us: we meet guests, handle everything about the stay and utilities, and answer messages in English and Russian.

The calendar on the site shows real occupancy, and the price is calculated at the same rates as in the lease.
